On January 13, 2026, the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, with assistance from the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, conducted a search warrant at a residence on Buckskin Drive. As a result of the search, investigators located approximately 120 grams (4.4 ounces) of methamphetamine and a pistol.

Terrias Cain, Limestone inmate arrested for bringing drugs into jail
LIMESTONE, Ala. (WAFF) - Limestone County deputies have arrested an inmate who they say brought fentanyl inside the jail. Terrias Cain was found with two grams of fentanyl. The drugs were found after he returned from a prison work program. He is charged with Drug Trafficking and Promoting Prison Contraband.
